Multicircus for adults
The course will cover various disciplines, such as ground and aerial acrobatics, clowning and pantomime, the basics of juggling, manipulation of various objects, and balance training.
We work on strength, mobility and stability. In juggling, we train dexterity and observation.
Our aim is to delve deeper into technique, but also to learn how to create a joint performance and perform. We also want to participate in youth festivals and shows.
